FREE UK STANDARD DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £15

Qualifying orders will be presented with the applicable free delivery option at the delivery stage of the checkout.

Your Shopping Bag must total £15 or more (excluding E-Gift vouchers) after any discounts or promotions have been redeemed to receive the delivery for free.

E-Gift vouchers do not contribute to the £15 free delivery spend threshold.

Austin & Co reserves the right to withdraw or change this offer at its discretion.

RETURNS

Please review our returns policy, which applies to products purchased online. Please note that the returns policy does not affect your statutory right to cancel contracts for the purchase of goods made online in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 referred to below.

If the cost of the product has changed between the time of the return and the time of the refund, www.austinandco.shop will refund the amount you paid for the product.

COOLING-OFF PERIOD
